Terroir
Domaine de Grimardy is a family estate in the South-West of France. Located in Montazeau in the heart of the exceptional Montravel terroir (clay-limestone with ostras and asterias).
Its winegrowers has been producing organic red and white wines from Montravel and Bergerac since 2013 and has been oriented towards agroecology and agroforestry since March 2021.

Vinification
Vinification naturelle : Raisins totalement égrappés. 11 jours de fermentation sans sulfites en levures indigènes un total de 25 jours de macération. Fermentation malo-lactique directement après la fermentation alcoolique.
Tasting
This wine reveals a lovely bouquet of red (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, etc.) and black (prune, blackberry) fruits as well as a supple and structured palate. Its fruity character is accompanied by light tannins.
