Terroir

20 years old vines. Exposition Nord - Sud North - South. Sand and gravel soil from Périgord, subsoil of deep and impermable clay called "tran".  Reasoned culture, grass-cover, green manure, soil work.

Vinification

Traditionnal in concrete cubic tanks and controlled temperature by plot and grape variety, vatting with pomping-over, punching on the cap of some vat.

Tasting

Garnet color, complex nose of red fruits, prune and spices, full and long mouth with well-melted wood. This wine goes with meat, poultry, game as well as South-West recipes, cheese and chocolate dessert.
