Terroir
Domaine de Grimardy is a family estate in the South-West of France. Located in Montazeau in the heart of the exceptional Montravel terroir (clay-limestone with ostras and asterias).
Its winegrowers has been producing organic red and white wines from Montravel and Bergerac since 2013 and has been oriented towards agroecology and agroforestry since March 2021.

Vinification
Pressing after maceration for 48 hours for Sémillon and direct pressing for Sauvignon Blanc (organic yeast). 8 days of fermentation with organic yeasts and aging for 6 months.
Tasting
The Montravel Blanc “Mes Anges” 2021, pale yellow in color, is a very delicate wine with a frank attack of lemony orange, it then develops with very nice persistence in the mouth thanks to a slightly buttery sensation and lemon aromas. , tangerine, honey, sweet spices, apricot and orange. Remember to open it 1/4 hour before tasting at 12°C to enjoy its aromas. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes superbly with langoustines, scallops, stuffed oysters and fine-fleshed fish (sea bass, lean, sea bream, pike), Asian cuisine, fruity cheeses and a lightly sweetened dessert.
