Left bank hillside vineyards of the Dordogne Valley.

Vinification

Picking of ripe grapes without sorting. Pneumatic pressing. Juice settled by “flotation”. Fermentation at controlled temperature, stopped at equilibrium by cooling. Aged in vats on fine lees before filtration and bottling.

Tasting

Pale yellow color with white gold reflections. Nose immediately catchy, expressive, fragrant, mixing citrus and white-fleshed fruits, slightly smoky. The palate is reassuring, airy and delicious. The aromatic return gains in complexity with notes of apricot and roasted pineapple. The finish is slightly toasted.
