Clay and limestone soils on molasse and limestone.

Vinification

Selection of old vines, sorting of grapes in the vat room. Destemming, crushing. Vatting for 24 to 27 days with pumping over several times a day. Malolactic fermentation in vats. Poured into fine-grained French oak barrels. Tonnage in barrels, 30% of which are new, for a period of 13 months.

Tasting

Beautiful deep color with ruby reflections. Floral nose supported by red fruits and a balsamic note. On the palate, good aromatic persistence following an attack and mid-palate marked by fine tannins supported by elegant woodiness.
