Vinification

Made from a single Merlot grape variety grown and selected by us. Its color and aromas of peach and grapefruit make it an exceptional wine that will seduce you from the first sip.

Tasting

Pale pink color with discreet purple nuances.

Perfumed nose of retained fruit, evoking raspberry, cranberry jam and notes of redcurrant jelly. A whiff of lemon zest in the background as well as candied mallow flowers.

Well structured on the palate with refreshing minerality, juicy character and gentle acidity, fine phenolic character adding depth, red fruits and discreet floral notes in the background. Almost medium bodied with very good length.
