Bright yellow color with green highlights.

Elegant nose with fragrant fruits, star fruit, pomegranate, grapefruit zest, ripe vine peaches in the background and discreet notes of white flowers.

On the palate, clean and lively with fine acidity and refreshing minerality, citing fruit from the nose, elegant aromatic herbs with hints of mint, medium-bodied with very good length and creamy texture.
