Terroir

All vines are selected from higher yielding soils. They are partially leafless to increase direct contact with the sun and reduce the risk of early botrytis while retaining the fruity character. Since 2005, the vineyard has been converted to organic farming.

Vinification

The harvest is mechanical. The bunches are cold macerated, the juice is then also cold fermented to retain the fruit flavors.

Tasting

A delicious pale pink rosé wine, very rich in red fruit aromas and perfectly balanced. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
